I sat with my ancestors Sunday. I asked for clarity. I said if this happens then this is true.

I said over the course of 3 days IF this specific thing takes place THEN this statement is true.

I will move forward in my life with that knowledge and NOTHING ELSE MATTERS.

That is how you build your intuition.
That is how you build trust with your spirit team and strengthen your connection.

NOW I have to move in that KNOWING!

I decided to publish this book because I had something to say.

I know every woman goes through this. even men. We are all on a path to finding who we are, what we are supposed to do in this realm & love.

As a FULL SPECTRUM DOULA on the journey to becoming a S*X Doula- A doula who focuses on self love, bringing intimacy back into relationships, & healing sexual traumas. All of which I’ve experienced myself.

This series acts as a guide and form of communication, & inspiration to women all over the world.
