Our current investment is for accredited investors (506c) and provides greater than 24% annual returns before tax. There is a 7.5% preferential payout distributed quarterly. For the financial types, the IRR is over 18% and the Cash-on-Cash averages 8.5%. There are significant tax advantages we plan on capitalizing on so that the first five years are cash flow positive and have slight tax losses.
