Support the Market, One Round Up at a Time!
Hey, Main St Farmers Market friends! After you shop with us today, don’t forget to swing by and participate in their amazing “Round Up” program! You can round up your total to the nearest dollar, and every penny goes directly back to supporting our market. 🛒💚
This program ends at the end of August, so let’s make these last few days count! Thank you for supporting local farmers and our community!
Either way, we hope to see you at the market today from 4-6pm! 👋🏼
We’ve been seeing some new faces at the Land To Table Farm booth since April and it’s because their farm family has expanded to include another nearby farm, Quail Run Farm who are helping keep their little piggies going to market.
As she puts the Grace Frank in the , ’s owner Grace met the new owners of , Joe and Rachel Riley, three years ago when she was their realtor helping them find their dream property.
🐖As they began to share feed along with their love of Red Wattle hogs, it made sense for the two farms to join forces this past year when Grace faced some difficult times. Read more about their agricultural union under our Blog page.
As anyone knows, moving is tough and it definitely was this time as Land To Table had to re-establish over 300 pig panels and lots of livestock including their “chicken bus” at Quail Run Farm. There are opportunities to visit Grace’s critters at Quail Run’s 100-acre farm including an upcoming family-friendly concert on September 16th.
Ask about their Farm Buck Program when picking up this Wednesday. It’s going to be a hot one so pick up one of their insulated cooler bags too! ❄️

With cooler days ahead, several of our vendors are planning outdoor events at their place where you can discover more about how they grow, what they grow, and enjoy the fruits of their labors firsthand. Friday, September 6th from 6p-10p, farmer Jill and her family at will be hosting a Dahlia Dinner.
“We love sharing the flowers and the ‘magic happenings’ on the farm with others by hosting many floral related events throughout the year,” said owner and head flower farmer Jill, “Plus the farm is not open to the public so these events are your chance to get behind the scenes and experience the beauty of High Point Farms for yourself.”
First enjoying wine and appetizers, you then get to create your own Dahlia centerpiece then fill your belly with locally sourced salad, dinner, desert and coffee. Visit their website to learn more about what else High Point Farms offers like their Fall CSA (available for eight weeks starting August 26th), then sign up for High Point Farms’ Dahlia Dinner under “The Farm” tab or sign up at their booth this Wednesday.
Although it is half of their name, did you know that Bread & Butter offers way more than just bread? Their scones, croissants, cookies, flourless brownies, and farmer’s focaccia are a few of the items you can see displayed every Wednesday at their booth but they also have coolers full of handmade delectables.
A Ham & Jam Baguette Sandwich is perfectly sweet and savory, the Vegan Curry Chickpea Salad is hearty and filling for any appetite, and the house-made Pimento Cheese is top notch. There is also even more available than what you see weekly on the table and in the coolers, as you can pre-order items that aren’t brought to market.
Sign up for their MSFM market mailing list to have exclusive access to order items that aren’t brought to market like quiches made with eggs and or their Seasonal Fruit Brown Butter Tart, both available in whole or half servings. This market special offering will come in handy especially around the holidays when you want one of their perfect Pecan Pies or Cranberry Orange Bread.
Bring a cooler or insulated bag, then stop by the B&B booth to fill up on the coolest creations coming out of Red Bank.
Celebrate National Farmers Market Week with us next Wednesday at the Main St Farmers Market! Enjoy live music, sip on local beer, and explore offerings from special guest vendors.

Hello all!
Eric will be at the Main St Farmers Market tomorrow, 4:00-6:00pm. This is our FINAL market until at least August 24th, because we're traipsing off to Europe to be musicians. Come and get your leeks, carrots, beets, radishes, onions, garlic, pea shoots, sunflower shoots, and microgreens (broccoli, amaranth, and purple radish), and possibly a couple of other things. (Remember, many of those things listed will keep well for at least two weeks). Looking forward to seeing you all!
Welcome our newest annual member, Super Natural Snowcones! Using local ingredients, like Sale Creek’s honey and Jones Farm peaches in the pictured Honey Peach, flavors vary seasonally. Follow her Facebook to see what new flavors she’s bringing to the table or simply stop by her booth to be surprised with fun flavors like Tiger’s Blood, comprised of strawberry, coconut, and pineapple.
Super Natural Snow Cones owner Kristina, being a weekly shopper of our market, recently started this delicious, locally-sourcing snow cone business because she was inspired by another vendor to create a cool, healthy treat. “I try to make things as local as possible,” owner Kristina says, “because supporting local and family-owned is very important to me as us smaller people need to stick together with things for sure.”
Knowing that most flavor additives are full of chemicals, she makes her own simple syrup, from boiling down fruit and raw organic sugar or using a Florida-based organic fruit juice powder with a fruit or veggie-based color. Kristina adds, “I think it’s important that kids and adults alike can have an icy treat that’s not full of chemicals and can know the color isn’t going to affect their organs like typical colors do.”
Offering compostable paper straws and serving on paper-based products, Super Natural Snow Cones is super healthy for the environment as well as your belly! Snag a super awesome, Super Natural Snow Cone this week to welcome Kristina, her crew and her creations to our market family!
Please vote for my Main St Farmers Market market as we could win cash! Currently ranked as second in the state, just a hundred more votes could have us in first place.

One of our longtime vendors, Wheeler's Orchard, Nursery, and Vineyard, has been offering sugar-free, unpasteurized apple cider for decades. As the years go by, we are always excited to see what new concoctions our farmers come up with. Wheelers wanted to provide healthy drinks for when apple season wasn’t abundant, so behold their colorful line of juices and lemonades.
Some favorites are Beetlejuice, Pineapple Mint, and Blueberry Basil, but they are always experimenting with what’s in season. Orchard Blend is a new flavor made with raspberry, blackberry, and blueberry, all grown at Wheeler’s. This week, they’ll have muscadine lemonade using Sequatchie Valley Vineyards and Immunity Shot juice using carrots from Ada’s Heritage. They offer samples so you can try before you buy, and the more you buy, the better the deal.
In addition to their amazing drinks, Wheelers also offers a variety of other products to enjoy. They sell refreshing popsicles to help beat the summer heat, perfect for cooling down on a Wednesday afternoon. Their flavored vinegars add a delightful twist to salads, while their pre-made meals provide a convenient and healthy option for busy days. And that's not all—there's always something new and exciting at Wheelers, ensuring there's something for everyone to enjoy.
Stop by their booth and cool down this Wednesday from 4-6pm!
Learn to harvest your summer bounty in a casual environment where you get to take home your own personalized jar of basil, garlic mater sauce.

Did you make a family recipe this past weekend? Perhaps a dessert that has been shared amongst generations. Maybe you even grilled out the way your elders showed you how to. The best meals are the ones shared with the ones you love and that stands true for the best recipes too.
Our vendors not only grow what they’re passionate about and want to enjoy at their own dining tables, they also are willing to share some of their family recipes that probably generated their love for the ingredients they now grow.
Gardening organically for over fifteen years, offered kits last week that came with the ingredients needed to make her grandparent’s traditional German Potato Salad. Suggested to serve it hot or cold, it even came with a cute recipe card on how to make it.
To pre-order one, email [email protected] and stop by their booth to load up on peppers, cabbage, and more.
Thank you Lord for the rain!

Matt Cone, founder and brewer of , joined our market family just over a year ago, and we are more than excited to see him doing so well that he is opening a sit-down kombucha lounge, or kombuchery if you will, this Friday!
🎇 “We are passionate about holistic health and wellness and to promote this, we have curated the most potent wellness kombucha to ever hit the market,” Matt says when describing how his kombucha is different from others. “True health isn’t just about what we eat and drink, community plays a massive role as well, therefore we are committed to bringing together like-minded individuals to create cohesiveness in the health and wellness world!”
🎉 His vision is coming true this Friday, June 14th with opening a brick and mortar at 313 McFarland Avenue in Rossville, alongside
🎆 Visit his new lounge and brewing space where he’ll have kombucha, jun (a honey kombucha), herbal mocktails, kava, and more including plenty of grand opening deals. No food is being served yet but a special Mac’s menu is in the works, so plan to grab a bite before or after stopping in.
🍹 If you can’t make it to the grand opening, you can still support Matt’s made-with-love cultured creations by visiting any of the awesome thirteen area locations pouring his products, including Nutrition World or Southern Squeeze.
💚 To ensure he has enough flowing at his kombucha lounge grand opening, Chattanooga Culture won’t be pouring at this week’s market. Congrats and we wish him all the luck on Friday! Cheers!

Roy Jones of Jones Farm became a MSFM board member last year and we are so grateful for his input as a longtime vendor and sixth-generation farmer.
🍓 He continues to grow the family business with his wife Bonnie, daughter Rebecca and sometimes with the small hands and big smiles of his five granddaughters. Yep, no grandsons but the little ladies are more than happy to help grandpa and auntie in the field. So technically, you could say they’re now an eighth-generation family farm.
🍓 With the strawberry crop coming to an end, Jones is more than just “the strawberry man”, even though that is his email—[email protected]. Currently offering squash, zucchini, onions, lettuce, Jones Farm has not missed a market since 2020. They have worked hard to expand their product line to feed families, like their own, year-round. When fresh produce is limited, they create delicious, canned goods like jams, pickles and kimchi.
🍓 Jones is a great one-stop shop for all your summertime favorites like tomatoes, corn, peaches, and watermelon. During our monthly events, Roy even flies down to the gulf to collect seafood like crabs, shrimp and fish. Those should all be available soon but sign up for their newsletter to be the first to know what’s ripe and ready for market.
🍓 You can also pre-order for easy pick up and to calm those long-line nerves knowing that he won’t run out. However, fruit is sometimes harder to have for pre-order so have as much patience as the farmers do with their crops, and as much as grandpa has with the grandbabies.
