Caroline recently moved to Chattanooga from Atlanta, GA where she danced professionally with Atlanta Ballet. Caroline found her new passion for pediatric dentistry and joined the Splash Smiles team! Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, friends, being outside and playing with her dogs. Caroline is thrilled to be a dental assistant for Splash Smiles!

How many times a day should my child brush?
We recommend brushing 2x day- once in the morning and once at night before bed. Brushing at night before bed is very important so you go to sleep at night with clean teeth! After brushing at night, no eating or drinking (except water) before bed.

Meet the team TUESDAY! Introducing Gale! 🦷🤍

Gale started working with Dr. Vice in January 1985, and has been with our office for over thirty years. If you have been to the office, then you know Gale! She graduated Dental Assisting School in 1982. After working several years with Dr. Vice, he suggested going to Dental Hygiene School. She started in 1989 and graduated in 1991. She loves working in a pediatric office because it is exciting and you never know what the kids will say, and they always make you laugh. It is rewarding when a child is scared when they start out, and then they leave smiling and proud of themselves. She was born in Chattanooga, TN and one claim to fame is that she was the first baby born of the year on the year she was born! Gale has been married to Jerry, who owns Scenic Air Solutions. She has one son, Jerry II, who has 2 kids. His oldest, Jaylee, who is currently attending Memphis University. He also has a son, Joey, who is in the 9th grade at Hixson High School. Gale also has two sisters and a brother.
In her free time, she loves to go shopping, go out to eat, and watch movies. Her favorite place to vacation is Jamaica. It is just relaxing (which is hard for Gale to do!), but she loves that beach lifestyle where you don’t have to do anything- just walk on the beach!

Meet the team TUESDAY! Introducing Lori! 🦷🤍

Lori got her start in the dental field working at the ADA Office in Chicago. After graduating she worked as a surgical assistant in a periodontal practice. Lori took a brief hiatus from the field as her four children progressed through school. With the family all grown, she went back to school and obtained her Assistance License and returned to a General Practice. In 2017, Lori and her husband Jim moved to Chattanooga, TN and she joined the Splash Smiles team. Lori and her husband Jim currently reside in Soddy Daisy, TN and lead youth group at their church. Patients will see Mrs. Lori at both of our offices. When she is not in the office, Lori loves to spend time with her family, hike, and do water related activities!

Haley worked as a dental assistant for five years prior to completing the Dental Hygiene program at Chattanooga State in 2019. In Haley’s free time she enjoys being outside, cuddling her three dogs + cat and going on adventures with her boyfriend, Cody! Haley is thrilled to work with children everyday and honored to be apart of the Splash Smiles team!

Betty has worked since 2007. She grew up in Chattanooga as an only child. She graduated from Brainerd High School. She went to college at UT Memphis School of Dental Hygiene. She worked in other dental offices prior to coming here. Betty also worked for several years as a veterinary technician. Betty lives in Middle Valley area in Hixson, TN. She has two children and two grandchildren. Betty loves working on her farm with her horses and dogs. Every day, she goes home, and she feels like it’s being on vacation because of the beautiful view and peacefulness. She also loves to travel, see and experience new places and things.
She loves working at our office because of the fun atmosphere and being with friends all day. And, having experience working with adults, she knows she prefers working with children so she wouldn't have it any other way!

Going into the weekend with a B I G thumbs up! 👍
