Wasn’t expecting to see the northern lights from our balcony in Tennessee. Nice! This was a bucket list item that I had already checked off the list, but this is wayyyy more convenient.

So, the time has come for the next challenge for myself.

This time not only is it for ME but I’ll be turning it into an ebook and coaching for clients after this first phase.

Who wants in on phase 1?

For: HUMANS (with a sub-section for mamas)
Diet. Training. Lifestyle.

It’s $99.

It’s currently called “take my money” (I’ll explain why once you’re in 😘).

I was going to offer it for free to my “Guinea pigs” but people don’t respect free stuff and I’ve spent way to much money investing in myself and my knowledge to do freebies anymore…unless someone is really in Dire Straights 🙏🏼.

Honestly, even $99 is way wayyyyy too cheap but considering it’s a work in progress. I won’t have any fancy marketing yet, it’s just the bare bones right now (tailored to participants), AND I’m juggling family life, 8 weeks post partum, and a full time job! It seems FAIR (for now).

We start MONDAY, with all STRUCTURE to be implemented on JUNE 1. From there it’s 3 MONTHS.

It will be hard (with some flexibility).
You will need discipline.
I can’t do it for you but I can be a guide.

DM me if you’re in 💪🏽

xo Sarah

2023 Here we goooo 💕

2022… where did you go?

Getting in early in case I never get around to it. Well, it is NYE in Australia so I would normally be posting about now anyway.

So much has happened in 2022.
Bought a house and moved to Tennessee, met some lovely friends (Tennessee’ians as well as other transplants 🤣), we joined a lovely gym 💪🏽, sold a lovely gym 😢 - now called .whittlesea (formerly Vo2), bought 15 acres… our lil mountain, we had our first litter of Maine C**n kittens (Haycraft Cattery), Rainer finally just got approval to work in USA and is also building a lil side “beef jerky” hobby, and I just joined an amazing company as Sarah Haycraft - Director of Partnerships - USA.

While I’ve intentionally listed a lot of the HIGHLIGHTS as my end of year re-cap… there was definitely a lot of lows, loss, distance, and uncertainty.

I aim to do a photo dump of some 2022 highlights… but who knows if/when that will happen 😬.

Regardless of any of the above highlights, these 2 kiddos would be enough!!!

Sawyer (20m) was fast to walk, fast to talk, and is now fast to want to potty train like his big bro. He’s always been an old soul but his little conversations and things he already says (and facial expressions) just melt your heart. He is a total snuggle bug, cheeky, and can even through a good tantrum 🤦‍♀️. He is mostly fearless (climbing, heights, stealing toys off Huxley etc.) but he is still unsure of dogs, unknowns sounds, or pretends to be shy with new people.

Huxley. 3.5y/o. Where do I begin. He is full of energy, wonder, conversation, and excitement. He starts conversation with anyone, anywhere! I think he’ll continue to make friends of all ages, easily, all through his life. If I asked him to write a list of friends to invite to a party, I think include just as many adults that are his friends as he would kids. He’s very polite but can equally be a total butt when it’s time to share toys etc. He loves BIG “to the moon and back, to infinity and beyond”, and never wants me to be sad.

We look forward to everything 2023 has in store for us. Continuing what we love, leaving behind what we don’t, and achieving more goals along the way.

Seed Oils…

Canola (rapeseed) oil, corn oil, cottonseed oil, grapeseed oil, soybean oil, safflower oil, sunflower oil…

Have any of my friends/followers removed (extremely limited) seed oils from their diet?

I’m NOT talking low fat btw.

It’s been on my to-do for awhile but I know it will probably be the hardest health change I’ve ever made… hence the procrastination.

10/10/2022

Tell me yours?

We all have things parked as a goal under “one day”:
I want to
I’d like to
Would be nice to

What about “One day I WILL”??

On the flip side, it’s PERFECTLY ok to say “I no longer want xyz”

Throughout my personal life/relationships, career, and health/fitness I’ve had TONS of goals. Some I achieved, some I’m yet to achieve, and some need to be removed from the list.

It’s also scary to COMMIT! It’s way easier to wish or want, than to say “I WILL”. Why? Well because it’s playing it safe or removing the “failure”…

What are you willing to declare boldly… “one day I will ______”.

Please, the smart a$& comments or easy achievables are not for here.

Ready. Set. Go.
Now go, go on… you know you want to…
👇🏽👇🏽

Ok, I’ll go first in IG comments x

FB showing me a lot of memories this week. STILL haven’t gotten under the 8 min 2k row.

In fairness, I’ve not really tried and have not done that distance probably since then (that’s awful)… I did however do a 10km not too long ago and it took forever.

10/04/2022

Find a way…

Again, todays steps were slowwwwwer than I would’ve liked, but carried A 23lb lil Bean (Sawyer) for 1/2 of it.

Then I got to hand them over to their Daddy as he finished his workout so I could get in my Squats for

While initially I was grumpy for the kids not cooperating and not being able to train with everyone else, I also felt so lucky that these lil trails are attached to our gym and that we could spend some time in nature until it was mamas turn to lift 💪🏽.

Be kind! Trust yourself! Shine bright! Show up!!! 🙌🏼

I used to think I had to be the “perfect” _______ in order to do _______.

This quote is basic but so true. The moon doesn’t not show up on days that it isn’t full. It doesn’t just emit the most light everyday, it perfectly waxes and wanes, cyclically each month.

Wherever you are reading this from, you are bright enough even on days you emit no light (new moon). SHOW UP whether you are seen or not!

Examples of my reality/inner struggles of the above example. I have so much experience/qualifications/training in certain areas yet I can often hold myself back thinking “but” _____

That inner voice…
How can I coach on nutrition if I’m currently carrying excess BF (body fat).

How can I give business guidance when currently unemployed?

How can I help an addict/alcoholic if I have never been there?

How can I carry on a religious conversation if I’m nonsectarian?

How can I coach Olympic Lifting if I’ve not competed in years, and even then my numbers were measly compared to top athletes?

How can that “mile in the morning” “COUNT” if it’s constantly interrupted or extremely slow when done with a toddler 🤔.

I could go on and on. Getting in my own way 🙄 and I’m sure MOST of you relate.

We are all humans having a human experience. I think we forget that for the most we are in the same boat, or at least have been in the same boat at different stages of life.

Be kind! Trust yourself! Shine bright! Show up!!!

Morning mile with a 3 year old …TWENTY NINE minutes!!! It’s ok though, I had zero expectations and we had FUN (until he wanted to be carried 🤣).

He wanted to stop at every neighbors house. We didn’t, but It was cute hearing him chat about all his friends (of all ages).

I included some backward hill walks to finish up.

I did go on to still complete over 10k steps for the day. I will continue to include Huxley in this routine except he might get to finish early and go home while Mama keeps going 🤣.

10/01/2022

October 1

I’m still waiting for Huxley to wake up, then I’m taking that lil dude on my morning mile.

It’s gonna be more than a mile but to commit to “1 mile” is a SMALL step. Totally doable for most of us, no excuses.

Often times we can set the bar too high, or as this picture depicts… the first step/climb in unattainable therefore the goal/task can’t be completed. WHY do we do that?

Start where you are RIGHT NOW. The end goal can be the same, just make the way there ACHIEVABLE which will make each step more enjoyable or more feelings of success along the way.

Go get it 😉🤗 💪🏽

Ok ok okkkkk…
I’ve been failing at social media, but that’s not what I’m hear to say.

So, ya’ll (I’m in the south now, I had to 😉) remember that “the mUvement” started as “the next 30 days”, right?

So here we are again, a new month and a perfect time to start giving more attention (or less attention) to the thing(s) that you’ve been putting off for awhile.

What’s it gonna be?

For me:
* rebuild “the mUvement” and “mama mUvement”. A post a day and a PLAN by end of Oct!
* 1 mile in the morning. Walk, jog, crawl - whatever it takes. Anytime of day, get moving. 1 mile is not far, you can do it (and more 😉).
* By end of Oct have a Plan/Structure of how to make my dreams become a reality.

I could list all my other non negotiables. Continue my job hunt, 5x training per week, limit sugar, 8hr sleep etc etc but I wanted to choose 3 as my top priorities.

Photos from The Muvement's post 12/26/2021

Merry Christmas!!!

Goodness, besides having gratitude for so many things this season, and a huge thank you to our loved ones, this mama is tired and falling asleep as I type (not joking).

06/15/2021

Let’s go wayyyy back!!!

Show of hands- who remembers when “the Muvement” was called “The Next 30 Days”? 🙋‍♀️

Yep, I started my lil SM platform as a monthly motivational/challenge.

Now, here I am, 7 weeks post partum and coming back to the roots, 30 day intentions. 💕

Join me 😊

While my intentions are A LOT of things- the TWO I’m going to be a stickler about are:

• collectively donate/sell/trash at least 30 things a DAY! 🗑
• track my macros via MyFitnessPal ✍️

For the OCD peeps- this is not a “Monday start” nor is it on the 1st. It’s START where you are, that alone will challenge a few people, and a small part of myself 🤣🤣

04/01/2021

Huxley Jude! While you keep us on our toes ALL day with your curiosity and wonder... we (mostly) wouldn’t change a thing 🤣.

The sweetest lil dude. From the second we wake up and your lil voice saying “morning! Mama! Dada!” To the time you putter patter to the bedroom for “nigh night”, you fill our days with joy. Even your tantrums are entertaining 😬🤦‍♀️.

I love how you say hi, bye, and blow kisses to everyone. Your manners of “peas” (please) and “Tay to” (thank you) are so cute. On, more, help, stuck, up, gone, are your most used words. I especially love when on is used completely out of context just to let us know you want something different.

You are obsessed with Shrek, probably cause we don’t give you too many annoying options lmao. I give you David Attenborough or musicians to watch, dad gives you Shrek and sponge bob! You live a good beat so you can get in a good foot stomp.

You give THE BEST cuddles (even to strangers).

Thank you for choosing us!

Now please, eat your food (especially your veggies), don’t fight your nap time, stay away from the dogs water, and for the thousandths time... no, nothing in the kitchen cupboards is for little boys. 😘
