A few post construction cleanings.

The key to maximizing your post construction cleaning is to schedule it after all of your other contractors are done with their work. If you schedule it too soon, you run the risk of tracking more dirt, dust and debris rendering your cleaning worthless. One exception is, if you need a certain area cleaned so the contractor can come in.

Don’t let these “experts” have you down to the bank or dealership embarrassed. Also the IRS might be interested in understanding why you need a luxury car for your newly formed business that you’re reporting a loss on, on your Schedule C.

If you’re not connected as friends on social media they may not receive the request. It goes to a spam folder and most don’t check it often. Go to their business page and initiate contact. Honor their business hours. Your accountant can’t send you a copy of your tax return at 9 pm and you shouldn’t expect them to. It’s not bad customer service. It’s simply boundaries.

I absolutely hate poor customer service. I’m not going to hunt anyone down to hire them. Your follow up can’t be horrible if you want to be successful.

Sometimes the work is just dirty dirty. But this is what we do!!! This was the pre clean so that the maintenance team can go in to make repairs. After the repairs we will go back to make it move in ready.
