Tonight’s the night! Swing by for our final service as Flying Squirrel. This is a bittersweet end to an era, which couldn’t have been so special without all of our amazing guests and staff over the years. Much love and thank you for everything 🙏

This is one of our longest standing and most unique menu items! Inspired by the Japanese street food, meaning “grilled as you like it” - this savory pancake can be found with just about any toppings. We serve ours loaded up with cabbage, carrots, pork belly, green onion, sesame, pickled ginger, Japanese mayo, and katsuobushi flakes to create the most delicious umami bomb.

Sarah started at Flying Squirrel in 2021 as a server and immediately won over our hearts.

She was quickly promoted to our "ambassador of happiness," or more officially our Director of Hospitality. She is truly a Renaissance woman - she can do anything and everything. She's the epitome of poise and maintains it throughout any obstacle.

We couldn't be more excited to announce her new role as General Manager.

We look forward to seeing her flourish in this new position.

Join us in the beer garden tomorrow afternoon with and for some strawberry rhubarb smashes, whiskey mules, and SO MUCH MERCH that we need to offload 🙏🏻

We out here in the side yard! Come catch some food, drink, and yard games ‘til 5pm or so!

The weather is looking daunting tomorrow, so we have postponed the party until next Saturday, May 27th in hopes of sunshine. Same time, same place. We can’t wait to see you there! 🎉
