In other news, so much online coversation around eating and the “right” and “wrong” foods. It’s very hard to know what to do. Food confusion is real, but don’t confuse what your body needs over anything else. Here’s a great article on “alkalinizing your body”:

With much appreciation for your loyalty, new updates will be happening here once again. For those of you still following (TY!), life changes have relocated us in another part of the country. While Wren Health became AHI Integrative Health + Wellness, it was not feasible to continue with AHI remotely as Clinical Ops Director.

I've had some notifications on the Emerson Ecologics/Wellevate online dispensary changing to Fullscript. I am planning to proceed with their changes as well as obtain TN Licensure. You may need to register with Fullscript, though all your neutraceuticals and supplements should be available as they were through Wellevate. These changes will be implemented Oct. 1, 2023. Please know I am a phone call away if you have any questions, concerns, or are in need of provider referrals. Meanwhile, stay tuned for any further updates and live each day without regret!

Demolition is active! We are eagerly anticipating and dreaming up how this space will look, feel, and perform for the many providers, patients, and others that will become a part of our extended “family”. Wren is still actively taking patients in a temp space in Eagan while this plays out.

2022 is jammed packed with milestones and goals. We are thrilled to announce a big transition into a larger company that will be having multiple health specialties available to patients. This is what we’ve been aiming for all along, though the road has winding in efforts to get here.

We can’t wait to have you explore this new line of business from AHI - Advanced Health Institute under AHI Care Alliance!

We will have a brand new name (TBD) though our services will remain the SAME coupled with greater benefits in-house. Currently, AHI serves in 5 states and in the long-term care communities locally.

Happy New Year to All! We've got some exciting updates and news to share, starting with a business merger taking place over the coming months! We are still in the early stages of development, though a new clinic name, number, and location will be had. It is time the dream of a true integrative clinic opens and we can't wait to welcome you all!

We will continue operations in a temp space yet on Federal Drive in Eagan (where Wren has been) until the new clinic is done being built. For future note, the new clinic will be in Bloomington off 494/Bush Lake Road. Wren will be merged with an existing healthcare company with 74 employees. Stay tuned!

It has been awhile since we’ve posted; there is much going on behind the scenes though want to reach out and let you know we have Care Packages available right now. These include a 15 minute consultation so a customized package can be made just for you and your current symptoms. If local, can be hand delivered/dropped to your door. Price range: $80-145 depending on what’s included in the package.

Items may include things like high potency EFA’s, neutraceuticals with cGMP’s (traceable ingredients), medicinal tea, botanical prescription, or even a food/water that is not generally carried in your home.
