We've been killing it in the new ideas department! I've been begging Joe to try making a maple breakfast sausage for YEARS after trying some on a vacation, and guys, he finally did it! Introducing Redlinski's Maple Breakfast Sausage Patties! (Don't worry, we still have porkies). These are full of salty sweet sage and maple flavor and we think it's pretty perfect. Pick a few up for the weekend because Redlinski Meats and long weekend breakfasts were just made for each other. I had it with scrambled eggs and toast, but kept wishing. I'd made waffles or pancakes. These patties would make a great stack and they are the perfect shape and size for a sausage egg and cheese breakfast sandwich.
