It’s hard to beat the year 3A Cheney🏈 just had in football under head coach Shelby Wehrman.

-first ever state 🏈title, beating Hayden 34-7 in title game
-undefeated season at 13-0
-ended nations longest win streak (57) of Andale, coming back down from 22 during district.
-game winning FG against Clay Center
-beating the same Andale team, 28-24, a few weeks later in front of 6,000 fans after being down, 24-0, to advance to first ever title game.
-winning a state title in the snow
