4-20-2024 4:45 Update - Crews continue to work replacing broken poles and restore power outages. Our current plan is to have outages restored by the end of Tuesday May 21, 2024. Again, we appreciate your patience during this inclement weather event.
4-20-2024 2:15 Update - Additional crews from DSO Electric Cooperative, Solomon, KS are here working with our Lineman to restore outages. We would like to thank our members for their patience during this weather event.
We are experiencing outages out of our Colwich and Bentley Substations due to the high winds last night. Lineman have been out most of the night and remain out working to restore outages. We appreciate your patience during this inclement weather event.

Today is Earth Day, an annual event celebrated on April 22. Worldwide, various events are held to demonstrate support for environmental protection. First celebrated was in 1970, Earth Day now includes events in more than 193 countries.

Billing Specialist Rose Wright retires after 19 years with the Cooperative. Thank you for all your hard work and dedication.
By continuing our Pole Inspection/Treatment and Pole Replacement program, we have extended the useful life of our wooden poles, reduced maintenance costs and increased the reliability and safety of our electric system for all our members. Global Utility Services will be testing/treating poles in the Bentley/Patterson area beginning the end of this week. Global Utility Service will be in the area for several weeks.
