Today’s all about embracing the art of relaxation, but who says you can’t stay healthy while you’re at it? If you’re planning to stay cozy in bed all day, here are some fun exercises you can do without leaving your comfy spot:
1. Bed Bicycle Crunches - Lie on your back, bring your knees up, and pedal in the air.
2. Side Leg Raises - Lie on one side and lift your top leg up and down for a great glute workout.
3. Leg Lifts - Lift one leg at a time, holding for a few seconds.

🦴🫑 Bone Healthy Recipe: Quinoa and Black Bean Stuffed Bell Peppers
Power up your bones with Quinoa and Black Bean Stuffed Bell Peppers! 🌶️💪 Packed with calcium, magnesium, phosphorus, and vitamin C, they’re perfect for boosting bone strength and collagen.
Ingredients:
4 bell peppers, tops cut off and seeds removed
1 cup quinoa, cooked
1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
1 cup corn kernels
1 cup shredded cheese (optional)
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
Mix quinoa, black beans, corn, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
Stuff the bell peppers with the mixture and place them in a baking dish.
Top with cheese if desired and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until peppers are tender.
