The Atilis Gym Bellmawr

ONE OF OUR FAMILY MEMBERS IS IN GREAT NEED.
On November 28th Paris Mosley (just recently out of the Marines after serving 4 years) along with her brother Josh, sister-n-law Avy and 20 month old niece Aliyah were displaced from their home due to a house fire that destroyed all of their belongings. I am asking everyone to help pitch in to help this family member. They have lost everything so any little help will be appreciated. Below I will include as much information as I currently know about each individual so that we can gather as much as we can for them especially clothing since they list everything. Please share this and let's make this member of our family feel the love that only this family can bring. Please bring any donation to ATILIS GYM BELLMAWR at 363 west browning road suite E. I know that this is a tough time for everyone, but I gotta say I feel a little bit singled out. I know of many gyms and training studios that are open and so do the police officers that patrol those areas. I've been told by my landlords that they will give no relief, now I have to deal with bu****it politics sending cops my way because a bunch of p***y politicians say something. Well to all you politicians and police officers if you aren't going to go after everyone leave me the f**k alone, you have already violated my constitutional rights.
First is the contracts clause of the constitution prohibits government from interfering with lawful contracts such as leases and employment agreements...
Second is the takings clause of the fifth amendment requires just compensation when the state meaningfully interferes with an owners lawful use of property.
And possibly the due process clause of the 14th amendment prohibits the states from interfering with life liberty or property without a trial in which they prove fault..
Unless you are going to pay some of the $15,000 a month to not open the doors, seriously leave me the f**k alone. I have nothing against the police that have come in but to your hire ups that want to keep f**king with me show me the paperwork of what I am violating, I've just told you what rights of mine you are violating. Come arrest me, oh that's right against policy right now how funny, dont stop the criminals but it's ok to f**k with the working man that's had a store in your town for over 20 years. Unless you are arresting me stay away, me and my employees dont need to be harassed...

Well now that I've had a couple days to digest things I feel that it's time to Express what Sunday September 29th meant to me. Those of you who truly know me know that I usually just go about my business and dont look back. Well the outpouring of support that everyone showed myself, ian smith, nick bono as We celebrated the grand re-opening of The Atilis Gym Bellmawr has made me really look back at everything. Sorry but I think this is going to be long winded. I start by going back to being a young kid like 4-5 years old and 2 things my granny always said. The first was she said I dont care what you decide to do for a living but whatever you decide learn everything you can about it and be the best and people will come to you, second was you have 2 ears and 1 mouth for a reason , so you can listen twice as much as you talk and only talk when you know what you are talking about. Well I can honestly say that I've tried to live my life that way. I move forward to a little more then 20 years ago and I decided to take a chance on me and Partnered up with a man I would have to say is one of the greatest most loyal people I ever met and that Van Carlucci, we opened up Rockbottom nutrition cherryhill, we worked our butts off to do everything we could to help others and provide the best nutritional products at the best prices. We had great years and really bad years but we always tried to do the right thing. Some 10 years ago I decided to take another chance on me and split with my mentor Van so now it was all on me. Again there have been up years and really bad years but I always tried to do the right thing, kept educating myself and listening to everything and everyone always. Then 2 and a half years ago Ian Smith walked in my door looking for a place to personal train and build his brand, we struck a deal and Ian started training at my store. As time went on and the more I learned about Ian the more I realized Ian had the same mindset that I did, almost 20 years younger
but very similar mindset. As we grew together I realized we needed to grow literally, we tried to expand at our cherryhill location but let's just say I'm thankful my landlord is an idiot. A few months later an opportunity to open a satellite store in atilis gym bellmawr came up and Ian and I decided to partner up and we opened a small store inside the gym. Once again listening to my grannies words I kept listening as I worked long hours at the new location, I heard lots of complaints about broken equipment, things being dirty, lack of employees caring. And 1 day a week a guy would show up and the talking would stop from the members and all I'd hear was him. Then he'd leave and all was back to this weird normal. I then heard him say more then once that fir the right price he'd sell. I evaluated the gym, realized it needed a lot of work , realized it was going to be very hard to retain members but I decided to put a team together to try and buy this business. I obviously first talked to Ian and he was all in right away, then I felt that Nick Bono the general manager and trainer of the gym would play an important role in keeping the active members. Well I negotiated the deal and on June first we took over as owners. Agreeing to keep the name and he would in turn market us as his flagship franchise. Well things got rough, the gym was worse then I thought and the business itself was a disaster, but we were all in. So everyday since june 1st I have continued to listen to what everyone was saying. Ian, nick and I started working to build something different, something unique. Even as we were threatened with lawsuits by the old owner because he thought we weren't representing the atilis gym brand properly we continued to work everyday trying to build our brand but all the time listening to everyone about everything. We sacrificed sleep, health, family time and so much more to try and give our supporters what they wanted and what they deserved. There were days that I wan
ted to give up. Days when Ian , Nick and I didn't see eye to eye but we kept working towards a grand re-opening celebration. As the day approached I hot sick to my stomach not being sure what to expect, hoping that people would come and join us as we officially celebrated Atilis gym bellmawr. Well I can honestly say my granny was right about how people would be if you just did the best you could do, listen, and always keep trying to do better. The grand reopening celebration is without a doubt the most satisfying day of my life. It's honestly the first time in 50 years where I was overwhelmed with the support that came out for something I was partly responsible for. I'm not the kind of person to cry, but at one moment I stood in the middle of the crosswalk above the training area and tears of happiness rolled down my face I couldn't believe that so many wonderful people from so many different walks of life all showed up to give Ian ,Nick and me their support. The energy that I felt and still feel is amazing. I cant thank everyone enough for making me feel as if it's all been worth it. I cant wait to see where this journey takes us all. Lastly I cant end this without thanking my beautiful, awesome wife Suzanne for loving me the way you do and please know that none of this would ever have been possible without your love and support...
