🤪 I know it can seem like a maze with all its steps & jargon, but it doesn't have to be. Let's simplify it together, shall we?

1️⃣ Pre-Qualification: This is where your lender takes a sneak peek at your finances to estimate how much you can borrow. It's like a financial compass pointing you towards the homes within your budget.

2️⃣ Mortgage Application: Now, you're officially applying for the home loan. Time to roll up your sleeves & provide some detailed personal & financial info.

3️⃣ Loan Approval: Your lender now gets down to business, examining your application & financial health to see if you meet their lending criteria. They're looking at things like your credit score, debt-to-income ratio, and job stability.

4️⃣ Closing: It's the final countdown! You sign the loan papers, and the ownership transfer gets completed. This step comes with its own costs like appraisal fees and lender fees.

✨ Don't get lost in the lingo. Here's what those fancy terms mean:

✨ Down Payment: It's your initial payment, usually a percentage of the home's price.

I want to get to know you too so I can help you with all your real estate needs but first you can get to know a little about me.

I was born and raised in Norfolk and graduated from Granby High and Old Dominion University. After moving away to play in the corporate world for a couple years I was lucky enough to get brought back as a military spouse. I have over 15 years of experience in customer service that included experience in management and negotiation.

After being personally involved in multiple real estate transactions as a customer, I understood the value an agent can bring to a client and how positively they can influence the transaction experience. I wanted to be this positive influence and quickly found I had a passion for helping people find houses to turn into homes. I believe trust is earned and it is my job to provide value to my client if I want their trust.

I handle all real estate needs from first time home buyers, military relocation to Hampton Roads, investment properties and of course listing and selling a house.

For most people buying property is the single largest purchase they will make in their lifetime and the cornerstone for their families wealth building. I treat each transaction with the care and detail I would expect if it was my own family.
