The City of Chesapeake has issued a notice about the toll on S. Dominion Blvd. There is still some minor work to be done and the speed limit will stay at 35 mph in that section for now. The toll will not begin until sometime in the new year. We will let you know when we learn the date. So, DO YOU HAVE YOUR EZ-PASS ready?
