First closing of the year!! Wow! This was a 🌪whirlwind🌪 transaction. This buyer was referred to me on December 19th by Kristi Cooper (agent with Realty One in Wi******er, VA). I got to work immediately as he was closing on his sale in Wi******er on Dec 29th. He would in essence be homeless after his closing. On Dec 30th he went under contract and he is now closed!!
