CURRENT CHESHIRE PHYSICAL THERAPY PATIENTS: Ga***rd's registered dietitian and clinical nutrition manager, Frankie Maderia, RD, CDN, will be in Cheshire to talk with folks about what is available via Ga***rd's outpatient nutrition services. Talk with her before or after your session, or stop in on Tues, July 30 from 1-2pm if you are not scheduled to see your PT but want to meet Frankie.

CHESHIRE ROAD RACES- COME GET STRETCHED: Ga***rd Physical Therapists will be at the Cheshire Road Races offering stretching pre and post races. Meet Kayla Horien, PT, DPT:
Kayla earned her doctorate of physical therapy from the University of Utah, where she served as a Research and Outcomes Assessor as well as a research assistant in the 3-dimensional Motion Analysis Lab. Kayla is KINSTRETCH certified and attends local races with the Ga***rd PT team to stretch runners. Meet Andrew McIsaac, PT, DPT:
Andrew earned his doctorate of physical therapy from Springfield College, where he played baseball. He is a Graston Technique provider, is Functional Dry Needling trained and Advanced Manual Therapy trained in the McKenzie Method. Andrew often stretches runners at area road races and gives educational lectures to community groups.
