Meal Prep Sunday!
Prepare some staples in advance gives you a better chance of making good choices!!!
Food prep time!!
On Sundays I always try to prepare certain staples so I have good choices to go to during the week when things get cray cray!
1. Roast veggies- brussel sprouts, broccoli, sweet potatoes, spaghetti squash, and butternut squash.
2. Brown rice
3. Cut up my raw veggies- this week cucumbers, carrots, red peppers
4. Chicken- I usually grill some chicken breast but also put some in the crockpot with onion for some nice shredded chicken
5. Cut up apples and wash my fruit that week
6. Sauté up some chicken sausage
This gets me off to a good start for the week!!!!! PM me with any questions you may have!
