Liver detox smoothie: 🥤
• 1 cup frozen dark red cherries
• 1/4 cup beets
• 1/2 banana
• 1/2 teaspoon grated ginger
• 1/2 cup water
• 1/2 cup ice
Try these great add-ins ⬇️- you just need a pinch!
Cherries-Rich in polyphenols(power antioxidants) and Vitamin C
Beets- Anti-oxidant, anti-inflammatory and vascular protective effects
Ginger-Anti-oxidant and anti-inflammatory, helps in fatty liver
Flaxseeds-loaded with cancer fighting lignans, anti-inflammatory, decreases blood pressure
Amla-Indian gooseberry, used in Ayurvedic medicine, one of the highest levels of anti-oxidants, lowers cholesterol
Cloves -just a pinch goes a long way, high in anti-oxidants! 1/2 teaspoon has more antioxidants than 1/2 cup blueberries
