Market Highlight: Water & Wastewater Treatment
Water is the essence of life, an invaluable resource that sustains ecosystems, communities, and industries. As we advance into the future, the significance of efficient water and wastewater treatment has never been more critical. With increasing population growth, industrialization, and environmental challenges, the preservation, purification, and responsible management of water resources stand as paramount priorities.
ITAC has served process, industrial & municipal clients providing water technology solutions since the early 1990s. We understand that protecting our most valuable resource through the efficient treatment of water and wastewater is pivotal in safeguarding public health and preserving the environment. Clean, potable water is a fundamental requirement for sustaining life and preventing waterborne diseases. Proper treatment processes eliminate harmful contaminants and pathogens, ensuring that water is safe for consumption and use.
Seamlessly integrating into your water or wastewater treatment facility, our range of patented technologies—including Filter Magic®, Zero2Waste®, as well as traditional gravity filter systems and ultrafiltration ceramic flat-plate membrane systems—offers ease of design, construction, and installation. These solutions have saved municipalities billions of gallons of water in only a few years.
The importance of water and wastewater treatment in the years to come cannot be overstated. It is not merely a matter of technological advancement or regulatory compliance; it is a fundamental requirement for ensuring the sustainability of life on our planet. By prioritizing efficient water treatment processes, embracing innovation, fostering global collaboration, and addressing social equity, our actions in shaping the future can mark a significant step towards a world where clean, safe water is accessible to all, preserving our ecosystems for generations to come.

July is Disability Pride Month! The Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) is a landmark civil rights law enacted on July 26, 1990, that prohibits discrimination against individuals with disabilities. Its purpose is to ensure that people with disabilities have the same rights and opportunities as everyone else.
Disability pride is defined as “accepting and honoring each person’s uniqueness and seeing it as a natural and beautiful part of human diversity.” Disability pride month is a time to recognize the contributions, strengths, and achievements of people with disabilities, while also raising awareness about the barriers they still face.
ITAC celebrates Disability Pride Month – We Celebrate, We Honor, We Include, We Empower.

ITAC is a proud partner of Chester Family YMCA, whose mission is to put Christian principles into practice through programs that build healthy spirit, mind and body for all.
Last month, YMCA Chester, reached out to us for help with their Y Achievers group. The program works to teach the kids life and job skills and build their confidence to show them they can achieve great things and are not limited by circumstance.
Due to inadequate resources and lack of transportation, many teens in in the Y Achievers group will not get to experience the typical fun summer outings that other teens will. The IFCP has partnered with several small businesses to provide a fun learning opportunity for the Y Achievers this summer. One Friday a month, the Y will bus the kids to O! So Chic where the teens will discuss small business topics and learn to create a craft or two during their class.
At their first class, the Y Achievers spoke with Sheila (the owner of O! So Chic) and created wooden pumpkins from 4x4's donated from our friends at Chesterfield Trading Co.. Dixie Belle Paint Company donated the paint and transfers, and the IFCP donated funds for additional supplies for each of the three craft classes.
Thank you to ITAC volunteer Amanda Jordan for helping!
We would like to thank the YMCA Chester for all they do for our community!
