Due to technical difficulties on behalf of our service provider, we are currently unable to process credit card payments in our office. Our online portal and IVR systems are also inaccessible.

Customers may continue to pay in office via cash or check.

06/12/22 - 4:55 PM UPDATE: The Boil Water Advisory has been lifted. All samples have passed.

Customers on Highway 21 in Fort Lawn in the Maple Street, Edwards Road, and Robinhood Road are affected by this morning's water main break are under a Boil Water Advisory.

Under a Boil Water Advisory, customers are encouraged to boil water vigorously for one (1) minute prior to using for drinking or cooking. This is only a precaution until we receive passing bacteriological sampling results. We will update when results are received.

UPDATE #2: Repairs are complete and pressure is returning to the system. Customers may experience cloudy water as service is restored. This happens due to air trapped in the lines. If you experience this, flush your lines using COLD water from your bathtub and call our office to report the issue.
