We offer 2x week or unlimited weekly sessions!
2x week is $43.75/session. Each session lasts 2.5-3 hours where you will have a customized warm up, pre-throwing routine, plyo ball drills (specific to your athlete), baseball throwing for the week, post throwing armcare program and lifting session! Why pay $35 for an hour of work? We allow you to get your entire program in without being rushed or taking short cuts. Our sessions range from 2.5-3 hours as we provide a comprehensive and complete training program. We have PT needs available as well! Ice bath in house, stim, tens, and graston (scraping). Get your Trackman data during bullpen sessions and really work on pitch design with MLB player Ryan Meisinger, mechanical analysis with player David Parkinson, former AAA pitcher and 1st round draft pick out of Wake Forest, Griffin Robert, who will be helping in both pitch design and mechanical analysis, and last but not least, Kyle Bogese, former professional pitcher and owner of The Backyard Baseball Lab.
Can’t afford the unlimited package but want to do our training every day? Not an issue!!! Even though we offer a 2x week program, we still write you a weeks worth of work to do so you’re able to follow the program on the days you’re not able to come in! We also offer our velo and arm care bags. Everything you need to train as if you were in The Lab! Only $155 on sign up! You get 2 sets of bands, a set of plyo balls, a hip rotational trainer and the very nice gym bag!
Want to take your training a step further!? We can set up a Motion Capture assessment upon your initial assessment at the price of $150. With that information we are able to take your lifting, throwing and training to the next level!
