Summer Workshop

Our Summer Workshop is here, join Ashley Gerczak of Blue Honey and Sarah Coghlan of Modern Folk Acupuncture join accomplished Tibetan singing bowl healer, Esther Heideman, to present an expanded workshop drawing on the vibrant energy of summer. The experience will focus on harnessing the season’s warmth and vitality to nurture joy, expansion and transformation.

A series of yoga poses will be followed by a supported savasana, accompanied by acupuncture points and a vibration healing with Tibetan singing bowls to support deep relaxation.

Sound Bowl Sessions | Motion Studios Tibetan Bowls are an ancient, yet powerful, healing modality. The practitioner strikes the bowls in different patterns, sending the energy around the room to different people each time. Stress, tension, or dis-ease in your body will cause the bowl to sound out of tune, or dull.

Today marks the beginning of Autumn, according to the farmers almanac. It represents the shift from hot weather to cooler temps, or Yang to Yin energy. I just observed squirrels starting to bury nuts. This is a time to meditate and shift your energy.
