TASTING BOXES - ORDERS CLOSE MONDAY, JULY 29

$30 for 6 pre-selected flavors, no substitutions or different configurations. The samples will be in a 5 ounce dessert cup, with two layers of cake and two layers of filling. I will comment with a photo example (with different flavors from the past) as well.

Here are the flavors for June macarons. Just so you know, the delivery day is SUNDAY, June 30. It's pretty close to July 4th - so I will make the set red, white, blue, and sparkly just in case you'd like to save them for your Independence Day celebrations.

Brown Contains gluten (the store I went to for supplies was out of Andes Mints so I got the kind with cookie crumbs not thinking about them containing gluten)😡

White with gold sparkle: Nutmeg Eggnog

Hello friends! I've got good news and bad news.

Bad news: because of poor planning on my behalf, I cannot offer the Advent calendar macarons. I just didn't plan on the fact that I would need to make 12 different flavors of macarons by December 15. I WILL plan ahead next year because I've already bought the Advent boxes.

Good news: I've picked out December's flavors (3 each) and the order form is live.

There will be THREE each of the following:
Orange cranberry - orange ganache, cranberry filling center
Eggnog - nutmeg spiced shell, eggnog ganache
Mint chocolate - chocolate shell, Andes mint ganache
Salted caramel popcorn - caramel popcorn ganache, salted caramel center

Happy Veterans Day 🇺🇸

I'm very thankful for the millions of brave men and women who chose to serve and sacrifice for our country.

The veteran I'm most thankful for is my dad, Walter Edward Thies, who served in the Army and retired from the Air National Guard. ❤️ The first photo is of him in the Army while he was stationed in Germany; the second was taken at the Pearl Harbor National Memorial.
