Hello! No spinning in June at the Mall, we decided to do a trip to Estes Park for the wool & Fiber Festival.

Come spin! We are meeting 3/10/23. We will be at Frontier Mall at noon. Look for us by Joann Fabrics. Also we are meeting once a week at the VFW on Nationway. There is a group of crafters there from 10am to 1pm. Everyone is welcome.

The next spinning meeting will be on April 15th. We will meet at Barnes and Noble. This will be 4:30 pm to 6:30 pm. We will discuss our plans for Yarnfest. Like who is going and who is driving. I think we plan to eat at Golden Corral afterwards. This will probably be the last meeting at Barnes and Noble for a while, at least until they find a new location. Hope to see you all there. 😄

I have about 1.5 lbs of this super wash wool from Brown's Sheep. I am not in love with it. It spins beautifully, but it is a little to rough feeling. The colors are red and pink. Free to a spinner! Message me if you want it

No spinning this month. The virus numbers are going back up. We want everyone to be safe.

Doing a spinning demo today at AG EXPO. This is for all the 4th graders in the school district.

For our meeting this month we decided to take a break from spinning and dyed some wool. We used avocado pits and skins. We also used Marigolds. Thank you Marion for hosting! Thanks Margaret for your expertise!

We will have our next meeting at county fair. We will meet this Saturday at 12:30 in the exhibit hall.

Announcing the 2020 Laramie County Fair schedule!

After countless meetings, discussions, and suggestions, this modified schedule gets our youth in front of judges, allows our static entries to be judged in-person, and provides as much "normalcy" to our Fair as possible, given the circumstances in 2020.

We would like to thank all the people involved in the contribution of this year's schedule, and thank our Fair community in advance for their part in making this year's Fair the best it can be.

Got some new hat molds today. When all this virus stuff is done, I would like the club to get together and make some hats.
