High Point Bison LLC is a third generation family farm and ranch started in 1924. It is owned and operated by Glen, Jill, and Carl Klawonn. The ranch is located on the tri state area of Wyoming, CO, and NE. near Pine Bluffs, WY. The family raises all the bison and beef from birth to butcher on native prairie grasses and grass hay raised on the ranch. We offer a complete line of grass fed, grass finished, natural(no antibiotics, hormones, or steroids) meats including steaks, roasts, ground, sausages, and offal. The meat is USDA inspected, dry aged for 21 days(beef) and 10 days(bison), and comes in clear vacuum sealed packages. Our sausages are 100% bison and contain no soy, dairy, gluten, preservatives, or pork. We offer individual cuts, ¼ , ½ , or whole animals year round. Our family is committed to sustainably raising livestock and providing the consumer with high quality locally produced and marketed products.
