Does a Wyoming LLC pay 0% income tax? A lot of people think the benefit of having a Wyoming LLC is taxes because Wyoming has no state income tax. This question overlooks how LLCs work. Is virtual notary legal? I get asked this a lot. And, actually, until recently, it wasn't. Only a few states allowed virtual notaries until 2020, then most of the other states started allowing it, too. I should note, that using a virtual notary is legal in every state, but not every state allows its notaries to notarize things remotely.

Delaware is the best state for your company if you have investors or plan on raising money. This is because Delaware's court system is favorable for investors and start-ups that are raising money. It allows for disputes to be handled very quickly and the state is very business-friendly. If you don't plan on raising money, then there's no need to have a Delaware LLC and you might be better off with a Wyoming LLC due to the simplicity of setup and privacy benefits.
