Why is this important to a country that has water so easily accessible?

Did you know we offer sewer cleaning?! We use a camera and snake to make sure the line is completely clear and spot any future problems before they require a scuba mask.

Also, we can do a sewer inspections for home sales for the buyer or seller! This is really important if you’re buying so that you know exactly what you’re getting into.

For goodness FLAKE the weather turned quick!! Just a friendly reminder with the incoming storm to make sure you've:

❄️ unhooked any outside hoses from the hose bib

❄️ opened any cabinets where the water line is against an outside wall and can freeze (most often your kitchen line)

❄️ located the shut off valves for any lines that have the potential to freeze

❄️ got Silver Spur on speed dial in case of emergencies (307.215.3004)

This project has been a lot of hard work and we’re so excited it’s almost completed. We’re glad we had our hands involved in some big time Cheyenne history.

Today Carter and I celebrate our last full inspection of the 88 rooms at Central Plaza (soon to be solely known as The Downtowner.) We were incredibly naïve in taking on a project of this size. This 1961 building was barely hanging on by the duct tape holding it together. I’m not sure there is an inch we haven’t touched. There is a sense of extreme gratitude that Carter found 2 of 100 engineers willing to believe in its restoration and even more gratitude that Carter and I shared the same vision of restoring what we think is a huge part of downtown.

To say we have neglected family, friends and basically every obligation not having to do with this project is a huge understatement. For that we apologize. We are sincerely grateful for the support of family and friends during some fun times, some trying times and some absolutely terrifying moments (and oh yea, the tears, the lots and lots of tears!) Thank you.

Thank you to the many trades that have been here from the beginning or periodically. Personally I have achieved some success because of the talented sub contractors that work with Lynn Buys Houses for the last ten years. To say I am grateful is an understatement. They are an amazing, amazing group of folks. We have worked with some amazing new sub contractors as well and everyone of them was instrumental in achieving today’s milestone.

Watch out for the open house coming soon. If you’ve been curious about the mess we have made on the corner of 18th and Central the last year, come see for yourself. The 88 rooms have been transformed into beautiful and efficient studio apartments which include all furnishings and kitchenettes.
