We talked with Mary's Fitness on how to perform Turkish get-ups! This is a great exercise to work on core strength, stability, and addressing assymetries. If you are unfamiliar with this movement, please talk with a therapist or a personal trainer to perform this safely!

Well look what happened!! One of our favorite PTās celebrated her 4 year anniversary with PTC!! Haley is one of the best and flourishes at being a ātotal packageā kind of therapist. Her bedside manner, personality, sense of humor, as well as her knowledge and expertise makes anyone who is fortunate enough to see her, know that they are cared for by the finest.
