In celebration of National Book Lovers Day, we are offering FREE copies of First Lady Carol Mead's children's book, "Wyoming Firsts" to our visitors. Mead chose children's issues as her primary area of focus as First Lady and wrote this children's book in 2013 to celebrate famous Wyoming Firsts.
