We are looking to sell some of our restaurant equipment. If interested please stop by 4014 Central Ave, Cheyenne, WY on Tuesday August 29 - Thursday August 31 from 10am-8pm

Join us at Nipa Hut on our last day! We won’t be cooking in the back. Instead, we want to spend some time with you, our customers. We’ll have homemade sweet treats to share and an open-mic karaoke machine, if you dare! Unfortunately, this means the last day to order off the menu will be Friday, August 11.

This month marks 10 years since we held our first food truck event as Nipa Hut and in those years we’ve dished out thousands of meals, met hundreds of people from around the world, and created endless memories that we are so grateful to have shared with you all. We were notified in advance about the possible sale of the building we currently occupy. With our lease expiring soon, we thought it was a good time to end this chapter as a restaurant. We’ll stay open through Frontier Days but our last day at 4014 Central Ave will be August 12, 2023.

Even though we won’t have a drive-thru or dine-in space, we hope to go back to our roots as a food truck serving at events and providing catering options. We’ve got a long ways before that can happen but we’ll keep you updated.

To our regulars, family, and friends that have been with us all along, thank you for the support and encouragement! We loved cooking for you in our bamboo hut of the high plains.

We will be closed Monday and Tuesday (July 3rd & 4th) in celebration of Independence Day, we hope you all have a safe and fun holiday! Back open on Wednesday.

I’m honor of Veterans Day we will be giving a free cinnamon roll and cup of coffee to all who have served or are currently in our military. We hope to see you tomorrow!

We will be closed Saturday, October 15th for an event. Back open on Monday, October 17th.

Happy 4th of July! We are closed today but will reopen tomorrow.

This week's special (03/07-03/12) is Filipino-style Spaghetti. A savory and sweet take on spaghetti with ground beef and sliced hotdog, served with 3 pieces of lumpia and a pandesal.

This week's special (02/28-03/05) is Spam and Shrimp Fried Rice. Stir-fried white rice with spam, shrimp, eggs, peas, and carrots. Garnished with green onions. Served with 3 pcs. of lumpia.

Special this week (FEB 7-12): Pigs in a Blanket. Beef Frank wrapped in a baked spiced dough. Served with 3 pcs of lumpia and a drink.

Special this week (Jan 25-29): Chicken Afritada. Chicken stew with tomato sauce, potatoes, carrots, bell peppers, and hotdog. Served with steam rice.

This week's special (01/03-01/08) is Pulled Pork Sandwich: Oven roasted and shredded pork with BBQ sauce or Lechon Sauce. Served with beef or vegetable lumpia.

This week's special (12/06 - 12/11) is Pineapple Coconut Shrimp - Breaded and fried shrimp with a coconut pineapple sauce, pineapple chunks, and bell peppers. Served with steamed white rice.

This week's special (11/29 - 12/06) is Beef Nilaga - Beef soup with cabbage, green bean, carrots, potatoes, and banana. Served with white rice and a side of patis (fish sauce).

Special this week (10/25 - 10/30): Arroz Caldo. Filipino rice porridge and chicken soup infused with ginger, onions, and garlic. Garnished with green onions, a lemon slice, hard-boiled egg, and black pepper. Served with a side of beef or vegetable lumpia (3 rolls).
