Hey 2023 Girls Staters!! We are going to be cleaning out the flickr account and downsizing to make room! A majority of the 2023 photos will be deleted apart from a few highlights that will remain in a 2023 album.

You have until September 30th to download your photos - after that, the albums will be deleted. If you miss your chance you can always email Alyssa at [email protected] to get access to archived photos.

The last day of Girls State the delegates were taken to the Capitol building where they conducted their final House/Senate and Courts sessions. They then returned to LCCC for the banquet and inauguration!

Each city works all week to prepare a patriotic presentation and present to a panel of judges Wednesday afternoon. The theme this year was "What does American Freedom mean to you"

Meadowlark did a great job lowering the flag Wednesday evening!

The Delegates went head to head against their opposing candidate in the Whistle Stop Campaign! Check out these photos of each delegate as they took rapid fire questions and delivered an impromptu speech at the end as a final plea for their vote.
