Position: Executive Assistant for Real Estate Investor

Responsibilities:
1. **Transportation Management:**
- Drive the investor to property locations, meetings, and various appointments.
- Coordinate and manage the investor’s travel schedule.

2. **Accounting Support:**
- Assist in financial record-keeping, expense tracking, and budget management.
- Collaborate with the investor’s accountant to ensure accurate financial documentation.

3. **Design and Marketing Assistance:**
- Aid in creating visually appealing property marketing materials.
- Assist in designing presentations and promotional content for real estate listings.

4. **Visionary Support:**
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to contribute creative ideas for property development and investment strategies.
- Help research and stay informed about current real estate market trends.

5. **Administrative Tasks:**
- Provide general administrative support such as managing emails, scheduling appointments, and handling phone calls.

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role or a strong willingness to learn.
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Proficient in accounting software and basic financial management.
- Knowledge of design tools for creating marketing materials.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle.

This role offers a dynamic opportunity to work closely with a real estate investor, contributing to various aspects of the business and gaining valuable experience in the real estate industry.

Pay will be Hourly + Commission.
