ATTENTION CLIENTS,
As many of you know one of our stylist, Pam, is involved with Alicia's House Food Pantry. At this time of year they have 2 large Christmas events. On December 4th they will host a Christmas party for families that have children with special needs. On December 10th they host a Christmas event for approximately 350-450 low-income children in our local communities. They also provide stuffed stockings for local organizations like Amvets and Lions club. At the events the children get stockings, gifts, coats, hats and mittens/gloves, etc.
This year they are in need of wrapped candies for the stockings. Pam will be collecting bags of candy from anyone who would like to help. Also cash and she will purchase the candies.

To our valued clients,
We have been very busy these past few weeks preparing the salon for our re-opening.
The salon has been thoroughly cleaned and sanitized. We have moved furniture to meet state requirements for social distancing.
Our stylists have met to work out days and schedules to meet state requirements on occupancy limitations. With that in mind our stylists will talk to you when scheduling your appointment about the limited waiting area in the hallway. They may also be asking you to wait in your car until they contact you to enter the building.
We also wish to remind you that you are required to wear a mask or face covering upon entering the building and it must remain on until you leave. All stylists will also be in masks at all times.
We will be asking you to not roam around the salon visiting the other stylists or clients for safety reasons. We know this is going to be difficult since we are more like family then just a salon. We are sorry for this but we do not want to have to close the salon down because of infection to clients or staff.
We have been following Governor Pritzker's briefings and as of today the Northeast Region, us, have finally met the necessary positivity levels. If everything remains in this pattern we will be re-opening on MONDAY, JUNE 1, 2020.
Our stylists are eager to get back to work but please be patient as we try to schedule your appointment because we do have limitations that we have to follow.
We miss you all and can't wait to see you again.

We're sure you have already heard the news, Governor Pritzker and President Trump have extended the "shelter at home" date to April 30, 2020. We know that this is a very difficult time for everyone but we hope that this extra time will help put a stop to this very serious pandemic.
Your stylists will be in contact with you and reschedule your appointments as soon as they can. We know your hair, make-up and nails are very important, not only to you but also to us.
All the girls are very eager to get back in the salon and see you all. We really miss everyone!

As you know, Illinois Governor J.B. Pritzker has issued a mandatory " Shelter at home" order starting 5pm Saturday March 21, 2020.
We are considered a nonessential business, plus we are in very close contact with our clients not allowing for the 6ft. social distancing requested by the state.
Understanding all of this, we must close the salon. Our plan is to re-open on Tuesday April 7, 2020, unless the state revises the order.
Our stylists will be in contact with you to reschedule your appointments as soon as possible.
We apologize for any inconvenience but hope that encouraging everyone to stay home by closing the salon, it will aid in flattening the curve and containing the virus.
You are all in our thoughts and prayers. Together we will get through this.❤

If you are looking for somewhere to donate your leftover Halloween candy, Pam is collecting it to help fill Christmas stockings for Alicia's House food pantry. They fill approximately 5,000 stocking for the Special needs and low-income children in the south suburbs. No candy that has Halloween wrappers however. Thank you

Would like to say Thank you to these ladies, Ro, Pam, Lynda, Mary, Anne and Sabrina for taking the time this past Sunday and going to a hair class given by Renowned Artist and Educator Sam Villa. We are so thankful that they want to continue to stay atop of the latest Trends and Techniques to further offer our clientele the latest styles and colors.They also were able to go to dinner with our awesome Sales Rep Kelly Carta. Thank you Kelly for always giving us the opportunity to continue our growth and education.

We are proud to be helping Pam's daughter, Samantha, with her project to help provide all basic school supplies to low-income kids in the south suburbs. She is going much larger this year and she is becoming her own Federal non-profit. To do this is going to take a bit of help so we are raffling this cute wooden "CHALK AND CHEER" tower. Raffle tickets are just $1. The drawing is Saturday, Nov. 17th. Thank you in advance.

Today we were able to complete Samantha's 1st annual " Super School Supplies" project. She did a great job. Thanks to everyone who helped.

REMINDER! This is the LAST week to donate school supplies to Samantha's "Super School Supply" project. She is going to supply 42 low-income children with ALL their basic school supplies; even new backpacks. Thank you to everyone that has donated to help Samantha in her 1st Annual school supply drive.

Want to say a "BIG" Thank You to Lisa Schuldt from Paulie's Pub for her generous donation of school supplies for Samantha's project. She is so excited!

**ATTENTION-ATTENTION** Our Stylist Pam's daughter Samantha is collecting school supplies for low-income kids in connection with Alicia's House. This is Samantha's 1st year for this project and is hoping to provide ALL the basic supplies for approximately 50 children. If you are able to help her make her goal, there is a bucket in the Salon where you can put your donations. She is still in need of pens (black, blue, & red), rulers, 2 pocket folders, pink erasers, highlighters, packs of loose leaf paper (wide & college rule)& composition notebooks (wide & college rule).
