We write to inform you that our last day in business has been moved to Saturday, March 2nd.

As we navigate towards the end of our journey, we will be working on a reduced menu. (Dont worry, we will be sure to have plenty Italian Beef and Sausage for everyone)

As you know from our previous post, our family has made the tough decision to complete our journey with Enzo’s Beef & Sausage and The Carmelcorn Shop in Chicago Heights. While we navigate through this process, it is important to us that we keep you informed of updates as they happen.

With that being said, we have ultimately decided that Sunday, March 31. 2024 will be our last day in operation.

As we bid farewell, we want to invite you to join us in these remaining weeks for a celebration of the wonderful times we've had together. Your continued patronage has been the lifeblood of our establishment, and we hope to see familiar faces as we close this chapter.

Thank you for being a part of our family. We will treasure the moments and connections we've made over the years. Here's to the next adventure for each of us.

The decision to part ways with such a meaningful part of our lives was not made lightly. However, as the saying goes, change is the only constant in life, and we find ourselves at a crossroads.

We want to express our deepest gratitude for the unwavering support you have shown us over the years. Your loyalty and friendship have been the driving force behind the success and longevity of our establishment. The relationships forged within these walls have transcended mere transactions; they have become the heartbeat of our family legacy.

RIP to a legend, and former Chicago Heights resident, Dick Butkus.

Dick Butkus lived in unincorporated Chicago Heights during part of his playing days for the Chicago Bears.

Dick Butkus embodied everything it means to be a Chicagoan. Hard work, dedication, perseverance, and the ability to knock the sense in and out of anyone at will (when they deserved it, of course)

Dick Butkus is truly Chicagos son, and will go down as one of the greatest of all time.
