Our FIRST movement challenge of the month - the Post-it Note Challenge! Participate to earn bonus points for that STR sweatshirt + 2 weeks of FREE classes How do I do it? 💫 Grab a mat and some post-it notes and line them up on your mat (like our picture) 💫 Fill your entire mat up (if you run out that’s OK!) 💫 Start in a plank position at the bottom of your mat 💫 Use your right hand to pick up the notes in the first row and throw them to side 💫 Alternate to your left hand for the second row, etc. 💫 Can you finish it all the way up your mat?! Tag us if you do 🙌 💫You can also hold any sort of plank for any amount of time Ready set let’s move 👊

Sitting bent over at a computer day after day, conditions your pectoral muscles to shorten as they adapt to poor posture. Eventually you may notice your shoulders and upper back round forward. ⠀ ⠀ 🌟This pec stretch & chest opener is a game changer. It brought so much energy into me after doing a few a rounds of each stretch. (Make sure you do your left & right side) ⠀ ⠀ Add a pillow under your head to keep your spine in neutral when you are lying on your side. 3-5 rounds of the 1st move then progress the exercise ⠀ ⠀ If 2nd stretch feels like it is too much after you flip your palm up when your arm is above your head, then flip your palm down and go back to starting position
