Chicago Sugar Daddy Chef Places 2nd In Food Network's Halloween Baking Championship James Cox, co-owner of Chicago Sugar Daddy in Lakeview, emerged from a field of 12 bakers to tie for second place in the annual Halloween-themed baking contest.
