It's still freezing in Chicago but spring is around the corner. I will be offering mobile physical therapy in Chicago starting this spring. What is mobile physical therapy? Mobile physical therapy are home visits. I can go to your home and evaluate and treat you. I can combine mobile and telehealth visits. Increasing the blood flow to the muscles will help decrease muscle soreness and possible injuries. A cool down is important so your heart rate and blood pressure will gradually recover.
