Rental unit was painted for customer.

This was a recent job we completed by partnering with another company. bathroom floors were replaced for new ones with the specific tile and grout pick by our client.

In this project that was done at the start of the year. I was asked install a dimmer switch next to the 3 way switch and install a light fixture outside garage. (new pipe was run, new wires, e. box and dimmer switch was installed)

Customer hired my team to build a few items she order from Amazon. There was a small issue with missing parts but it wasn’t an issue for us. We acquired the parts and completed the builds.

Here is an update of the previous boxes that were build and the deck that my team recently painted as well.

The fence was overtaken by vines so we removed them and painted the fence brown.

New client need it assistance with a squirrel 🐿️ that was climbing on one of the poles and making a nest in her house and making damages to the house. We blocked the squirrels' entrance and sprayed with a commercial squirrel repellent. (She was very upset but now she is happier, we will wait for an update to see if further assistance is needed.

New tile floor was installed.
