We had so much fun last night at our first cocktail class with Beverly Dry Goods]! Delicious cocktails by Beverly Dry Goods], gorgeous and tasty cookies by , and a cute place setting by yours truly. Plus, we have enough bar tricks and trivia to throw a dozen cocktail parties. Time to start planning!

It’s been quiet around here lately, but for good reason! Eleanor Jane joined the party on July 15 and we couldn’t be more smitten. We’re back open for online orders if you need anything. In the meantime, we’ll just be staring at this sweet face and trying to get enough sleep… or coffee.

BIG NEWS!!! No, the baby hasn’t arrived yet… BUT, we are beyond excited to announce that we’re going to brick & mortar!!! When I started a party store during a pandemic, it didn’t seem like the right time to open a retail location, but that was always the vision. And now, I’m beyond excited to announce that it’s happening! My dear friend and I are opening Haven 1890 this fall in Beverly and Skippagosh will be one of many vendors in the space. So, you can still order online or stop in to get everything you need for your party and more! We’ve been struggling with what to say about because, quite frankly, nothing seems like enough. Posting photos of our cute 🌈 party supplies seemed self-serving. Posting a generic photo and saying “happy pride” seemed like it wasn’t enough.

Nine years ago, I planned the best wedding of all time. (Sorry clients, but I’m biased on this one.) We said “I do” at a little white church on the beach and celebrated with a reception on the bluff overlooking the lake. The details were perfect, but what I really learned was that the best day is about letting go of all the planning and just having fun because it all goes by so fast and nine years later, you’ll still wish you could do it all over again. Maybe next year? 😉
