We are pleased to announce that Barbara Fraser, CPA, has joined the Encore Management & Development team as our Chief Financial Officer.

Barbara has served in the Senior Living industry for over 20 years. Her journey began with a continuing care retirement community which fueled her passion to serve older adults. Barbara has a diverse background and skillset having held consulting, operational, and Chief Financial Officer roles with multi campus senior living providers throughout the mid-west. She maintains the highest ethical standards and prides herself on having partnered with CEOs to complete campus development and expansions, debt refinancing, and restructure operations. Welcome Barbara!

Encore Senior Living Expands . . . Again

This month, Encore Senior Living continues its expansion with the acquisition of five Wisconsin senior living communities including Hickory Park Senior Living, Greenfield; Countryside Manor, Sheboygan; Bellevue Senior Living, Green Bay; Parkside Senior Living, DeForest; and Parkside Manor, Kenosha. The communities offer a collective 374 units and a combination of independent living, assisted living and memory care.

“We’re delighted to welcome these new communities with open arms, and we look forward to getting to know their residents and families, offering our caring support and collaborating with on-site staff,” says Tom Ostrom, President, Encore Senior Living.
