Do you have any figure skating equipment you do not use?
needs your help!
With the season wrapping up, what do you have in your closet, basement, garage or attic that is no longer being used by your figure skater and is just taking up space in your place?
Want to help give back to the figure skating community? Need a tax deduction? We can help! Chicago Youth Foundation is a 501c3 organization that provides an opportunity to participate in figure skating to underprivileged kids in Chicago. We operate programming at McFetridge Sports Center and Morgan Park Sports Center every week.
Starting this week, you can bring donated equipment to either one of the rinks and someone will be there to collect it. We will accept anything that is not broken or damaged in a way that can compromise a skater's safety or the donation value.
Any equipment in smaller sizes we can use will be passed right on to those in our program. Those items that are larger, we work with our partners at in Chicago to trade into sizes we can use.
