At the end of 2023 I was suffering from debilitating back pain, something I’ve never experienced. It was caused by overworking and stress. I decided to take up yoga (again) and to begin meditation to create a balance for myself. The pose to the far left was a few days ago- you have no idea how grateful I am to be able to do that.

Living in the Moment by Postmodernform spoke to me on so many levels. We can change yesterday, we can’t control tomorrow, but we can choose to enjoy, love and breathe in this moment.

As the New Year unfolds, typically synonymous with goal-setting and resolutions, let's pivot towards a renewed approach: a purposeful commitment to rest and relaxation.
