A professional, non-profit vocal ensemble whose mission is to educate teachers and singers. All singers receive free vocal training workshops using EVT.
Founded in 2019, withonevoice is a professional vocal ensemble of 16 singers based in Chicago with a residency program at Western Illinois University. Vocal versatility and exploration are at the core of the ensemble's mission through the use of the Estill Voice Training (EVT) Model. Each concert features diverse vocal qualities and repertoire performed by its core membership with special attention to cultivating commissioned works that promote vocal quality exploration and development.

Our second season demonstrated what a group of professional artists can accomplish together with steadfast collaboration and vulnerability. In four short days, not only did we record a masterclass on day one, but these musicians fine-tuned over thirteen pieces of varied repertoire in more than six different voice qualities from classical to belt technique. Many pieces received only 30 minutes of rehearsal. I could not be more proud of what we are building together in such a short time each year. Thank you to all who supported this endeavor. Thank YOU to everyone who came to support our amazing group of artists this week. We couldn’t do it without you! This group is so very special. To think how much they accomplish together in four short days and five rehearsals is simply astounding, and each year builds on the next.
