I love using kettle bells during my workout! They're amazing for rehab, prehab (injury prevention), performance development and general pop weight loss. HOWEVER, one thing that has seriously been bothering me is how people breath when doing KB swings. Chances are you're doing it wrong. Hear me out... when doing swings, we want to be using something called "performance" breathing ๐จ๐จ We want our breath to match the movement, which means INHALING when the KB swings up (movement that expands the torso allowing for more air flow) and EXHALING on the way down (contracting the torso/protecting the core and back). Don't believe me? Go try it ๐๐ผ๐๐ผ
