The CTU is holding a Back-2-School Summer Jam on Friday, August 18! There will be music, food, fun, and giveaways of school supplies to students gearing up for the first day of school! The Environmental Justice Act is crucial to giving EJ frontline communities the tools they need to fight back against air pollution. Our communities and state agencies would have more power in making equitable decisions in air pollution permitting processes and enforcing against environmental violations. The bill would empower us in holding polluters like MAT Asphalt accountable for their irresponsible actions.
