Under Eye Filler Migration!
“Nobody wanted to touch me!”
This lovely lady had filler placed 8 years ago and it slowly migrated down from its original placement. No provider wanted to dissolve it because they hadn’t placed it!
She is extremely happy after we dissolved it ad she became tearful! There is still some mild swelling which will slowly resolve.
Causes of migration: usually gravity and inadequate technique
Signs of migration: under eye puffiness, uneven distribution, visible filler, discomfort.
How to prevent migration: choose an experienced practitioner, choose the right filler, follow aftercare instructions
