Day 1 of 30: Journaling for Self-Reflection
Write in your journal for 10 minutes daily, exploring your thoughts and emotions. If you’re not thinking about anything and aren’t experiencing any emotions - (often not likely) - then write gratitude prompts. At the end of each journaling experience, take a moment to affirm yourself. Affirmation involves recognizing and acknowledging your worth, strengths, and positive qualities.
Here's an example of affirming yourself: “I am human and give myself permission to make mistakes.”

What brings me joy, and how can I incorporate more of it into my life?
What do I need right now at this moment?
What challenges or obstacles have I overcome recently, and what lessons did I learn from them?
What or who interrupted my spirit today?
