August Case of the Month. A 35 year-old patient presents enlarged neck lymph node. H&E and IHC are shown. Additional immunostains were positive for c-Myc (>40%) and negative for BCL-2 (not shown). FISH for MYC rearrangement negative. What is your next step?

A: IGH gene rearrangement
B: FISH for BCL2 and BCL6 rearrangement
C: Molecular analysis for TP53 mutation
D: FISH for IRF4 rearrangement
