10 tips to improve your bench press:
1. Plant your feet firmly on the floor.
2. Lock your body tightly to the bench.
3. Use a secure grip
4. Keep your wrists locked straight.
5. Your forearms should always be vertical.
6. Hold your breath during the bench press.
7. Pause with the bar on your chest.
8. Maintain control of the bar.
9. Raise your chest to meet the bar.
10. Drive the bar up dramatically.
